Two ground-floor leadership roles. Real equity. A founder who has done it before. AI employees in production, paying clients, and demand growing faster than we can fulfill it.
Force Multiplier Agents (FMAs) are AI employees that work alongside humans inside real businesses, every day, handling real commercial transactions. They're in production, generating revenue, and the team is rapidly scaling delivery.
FxM is founded and self-funded by Matt Dollacker, a Computer Science graduate and engineer-leader whose prior company, InductiveHealth, sold for over $100M. He was named Emory University's Entrepreneur of the Year in Healthcare (2025), trained his first deep neural network in 2017, and has 200 GPUs in his garage. He sees a narrow and closing window to build something transformative for the millions of established businesses navigating the AI shift.
We're targeting cashflow positive in the next 90 days, paired with a capital raise to accelerate. Both roles report directly to the founder and are based in Atlanta (remote considered for exceptional candidates). Significant equity ownership, vested over time. These are early, post-revenue roles and the equity reflects this.
Matt blogs about the journey at dos.exitvelocity.io.
